Who owns the company?
BH Renovations is owned and managed by Ben Housh, who founded the company in 2021 after working for over 20 years in the construction industry.
What is your approach to the jobs you take on?
Our approach is always the same, regardless of the type or size of the job. We emphasize quality workmanship and materials, along with clear, timely communication with the client.
How long have you been in the home renovating business?
Ben has been a professional in the home and commercial construction and renovation industry for over 20 years
When can you start?
We will start a project as soon as we are able to do so. Currently, the industry is very busy. We try to book our projects on a timely and realistic basis.
What are some of the costs in home building that clients don’t recognize?
Along with the sharp rise in wood prices, the price of gasoline is a very big factor in the construction/renovation industry today. Materials and supplies have to be transported to the site, sometimes on a daily basis. With the cost of gasoline going up sharply as it has, that contributes to our overall costs significantly.
